Susanne Friedrich and Anne Nielsen are both freelance Chefs with years of experience in the Yachting Industry.
Anne Nielsen was born 1961 in Denmark, but lives now in Vidauban, France. Her professional qualifications are a BA(hons) degree in Hotel and Catering Management-1997 to 2000 Nottingham Trent University, a Supervisors Certificate in Food and Hygiene, 2 years at City and Guilds of London, a basic Food and Hygiene Certificate, basic Wine Knowledge Certificate, STCW 95.
Anne has worked over 15 years as private Chef in villas and yachts, as well as for innovative food design companies in Lodon. She is based in the South of France, but also works on Mallorca her second base and villas in Switzerland. Her food is innovative and she always keeps up with the beat of the latest presentation and flavour.

Susanne Friedrich was born 1964 in Germany and as Anna devides the year into a Mediterranean and a Caribbean season. Susanne went for her professional Training to Le Cordon Bleu in London, including an apprentice ship at Restaurant 24. She holds a certificate of Foof Safety, ENG 1, STCW 95, Powerboat Level II and german MY and SY licenses equivalent to the Coastal Skipper.
Susanne works since 1998 as private Chef worldwide, but has recently build up a base in the South of France. She has worked in the yachting industry as well as in private residences and has catered for different palates and various numbers of guests. Her favourite flavours are the ones from France and Italy.
